PhD. Lect. Radu Șoflău

Radu Șoflău – is a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist and assistant professor Ph.D. from Babeș-Bolyai University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2011), a master’s degree in “Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy” (2013). Over the years, Radu has worked both at the Psychtech University Clinic, and in his private practice. His work focuses mainly on interventions in psychopathology for adults (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and personality disorders). Radu is also involved in the academic field and carries out both teaching and research activities. His research interests include exploring associations between various cognitive factors and psychopathology, investigating the effectiveness of different cognitive-behavioral interventions, and identifying predictors of the effectiveness of these forms of therapy.
