Oltean Lia-Ecaterina – is a clinical psychologist, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, and supervisor. She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology (2012) and a master’s degree in “Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy” (2014), both granted by the Babeș-Bolyai University. Since 2013, she has been working in her private practice mostly with adults. Her work encompasses both counselling for personal development, and intervention in psychopathology. Notably, she has worked with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, and personality disorders. In addition, she is also passionately doing research work, and is a PhD Candidate of the Doctoral School in “Evidence-Based Psychological Assessment and Interventions”, Babeș-Bolyai University. Her research interests include investigating the association between childhood adversity and psychopathology, and potential mechanisms underlying this association, as well as investigating positive emotions, including their regulation.
